1 mile. 1 street. Full chaos.
Welcome to the MoF Mile!! A full-send dash through the heart of downtown St. Pete. We’re all out racing 1 mile down Central Avenue… no street closures, no escorts, and all the usual downtown madness in play: cars, bikes, pedestrians, traffic lights, dog walkers, you name it. This is a run-at-your-own-risk type of event and absolutely worth it.

1. Voluntary Participation: I am voluntarily participating in this event and understand the physical nature of running on an open road.
2. Assumption of Risk: I recognize that running on Central Avenue, which will remain open to traffic during the event, presents inherent risks including, but not limited to, vehicle traffic, road conditions, weather, physical exertion, and personal health issues. I freely assume all risks, both known and unknown.
3. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Matter of Fact Run Club, its organizers, volunteers, affiliates, and sponsors from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of my participation in the MoF Mile, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
4. Responsibility: I understand that I am responsible for my own safety and behavior during the event. I agree to remain alert, obey all pedestrian and traffic laws, and exercise caution while running.
5. Health & Fitness: I affirm that I am physically fit and capable of safely participating in this event. I will not participate if I am unwell or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
6. Media Release: I grant permission to Matter of Fact Run Club to use photographs or video footage taken during the event for promotional purposes.
By purchasing an entry to this event and participating in this event, I confirm that I have read this waiver and disclaimer in its entirety and agree to its terms. Must be 18 years of age or older to attend!
